Mr. Albinson has been part of TeamFour, a division of Etegra, since it was founded in 1968. He is responsible for business development and many of the major decisions that the firm makes on behalf of its clients. Mr. Albinson manages various assignments involving programming and feasibility studies, architectural design, historic preservation, master planning, urban design, and feasibility analysis for public and private clients. Mr. Albinson has been the principal in charge of assignments for the State of Missouri, the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency and the U.S. General Services Administration.
Mr. Albinson has participated in a variety of professional and academic activities including those of the American Institute of Architects, the National Endowment for the Arts, and the Washington University School of Architecture. William has a Master of Architecture Degree from Yale University and was also educated at the Pennsylvania State University, the University of Florence, Italy and in Urban Design at Washington University. He is a Registered Architect in Missouri and Illinois, and holds an NCARB Certificate.
