Etegra provided the Construction Management (CM) services for the new required TSA training facility within the security line at Lambert St. Louis IA. Responsibilities included detailed review of the architect’s drawings and specifications, conducting the pre-construction meeting, overseeing contractor security compliance and general scheduling, reviewing and tracking of submittals, two field inspections per week, preparation and negotiation of change orders and conducting weekly construction progress meetings.

Since this project was through the GSA, all management functions were per their procedures and documents. This added the need to coordinate all avenues of the project, including worker security with the St. Louis International Airport Facility Management Department.
