Thomas F. Eagleton US Courthouse – High Performance Green Building Project

This project is part of the ARRA (Stimulus) program.  Its objective is to enhance the performance of the one million square foot Eagleton Federal Courthouse by significantly reducing its energy use.

Each component was evaluated by Etegra and EDM, our mechanical and electrical engineers, and by the building commissioning EMC Engineers.  The evaluation compared the cost to implement the improvements with the energy reduction benefits.  Go/No go decisions were subsequently made on each component.
