Etegra Inc. is providing support with architectural planning for a large scale Integrated Planning (IP) covering the Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 15.  This IP consists of 2 geographic markets, East and West, covering the region of western Illinois, Missouri and eastern Kansas.

The Integrated Planning process includes the development of Market Health Service Delivery Plans (HSDP) and Facility Master Plans (FMP), along with VISN, VBA and NCA Planning Reports that will be used by VA in the annual VA planning and budget cycles. These provide input and direction to the annual VHA Capital Asset Master Plan (CAMP) process and the VA Strategic Capital Investment Planning (SCIP) process.  AECOM is the prime A-E on this contract with a 15 month performance period for services.
