Façade access system components connected to the building’s structure including davit (small crane) pedestals, davits, tie-backs and roof anchors were tested per ANSI/IWCA I-14.1 requirements. Reports were generated including the results of each of the tests, mapping of all system component locations, photographic examples of testing procedures and equipment and test results certified by a professional engineer. Yearly inspections ANSI/IWCA I-14.1 compliance inspections were performed on each building and certified by a professional engineer.
Etegra has additional experience in the design of façade access systems for GSA US Courthouses and office buildings including the Eagleton Courthouse and the Robert A. Young Federal Building in St. Louis as well as façade access certification and inspection of private sector buildings such as the Pierre Laclede Center in Clayton, MO.
