OLIVETTE, MO – Etegra, Inc. was awarded a prime Small Business contract from the Department of the Air Force to provide a full range of architect-engineer (A-E) services for Scott Air Force Base. The anticipated value of the indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract is an estimated total of $2.4M, and will have a one-year base period and four one-year option periods.
Located near Belleville and O’Fallon, Illinois, Scott AFB has roughly 5,533 active duty military and 2,385 Air National Guard and Air Force Reserve members, as well approximately 9,870 family members assigned. Excluding family housing, the base encompasses 3,589 acres with 963 buildings consisting of more than 7M SF.
This contract is for multi-discipline A-E services to administer, coordinate, and technically support the Base Civil Engineer’s real property and construction programs of interest to the government. Etegra will perform Title I Type A Architectural and Engineering Studies, Title I Type B Design services, Title II Supervision and Inspection services, and other A-E services as required.
